Understand these vibration table maintenance technologies and reduce costs by 30%

During the operation of the vibration table, sometimes the operator will encounter different types of problems. Our technicians have made a summary of some problems. The following customers can refer to and solve the problems when they encounter similar problems:

1, display the fault code

① Separate the connection line between the table body and the vibration table control box (when the power is OFF), turn on the power to be OK, and then use the two items that are processed under abnormal or non-operation. One is the failure code, and the amplitude parameter is adjusted down first, and OK is OK. Not OK, the main control frequency conversion failure is sent back to the original factory for repair.

2, the platform makes an abnormal noise

① Sheath (horizontal): You can turn the horizontal sheath (2 pieces of 匸 type) 90 degrees and re-lock it to solve the problem.

②No abnormal sound can be found. Most of the screws are loose. Please check whether each screw is tightened, but do not loosen all of them and tighten again, which may cause abnormal work or malfunction of the platform.

3, smoke and peculiar smell, smoke, and peculiar smell occur (turn off immediately)

①Smoke from the platform body: most of it is caused by collision or amplitude modulation beyond the range, it should be shut down immediately, and the amplitude is reduced to measure whether the central axis of the platform body has a resistance value of 1-20 ohms, which is normal

②Smoke from the control box: Most of the input power is abnormally changed, too high or low, or lightning struck or damaged before. If the component is not good and smokes, it can be switched off and replaced with another set of amplitude modulation boards.

4. The frequency cannot be reached when the frequency is scanned. The frequency is reached when the frequency is scanned.

(Because there are 2 modes, one is the debugging frequency for the first round trip, and the setting is OK for the first round trip), if we fail to reach the second time:

① When sweeping frequency, there is a certain frequency over-current action or jumping action, or the input power voltage changes greatly, the amplitude can be adjusted (most of them are reduced or the intermediate frequency is adjusted to 30, 50, 80HZ), see which value or Carrier frequency from highest to lowest or lowest to highest

②The relative speed calculation error

③The maximum frequency is incorrect when calculating the relative speed (check the maximum frequency value and then calculate it)

5. Bad VR

①When rotating VR at low frequency (below about 30HZ), the amplitude hardly changes

② Bad VR sometimes causes no output

③Replace it

6, bad direction switch

①No output

②Only vertical or horizontal output can not be converted

③Replace it

7, bad amplitude modulation board

①Most of the overcurrent burnouts are caused by incorrect amplitude adjustment

②When the output is small/cannot be adjusted/cannot output, it may be defective

③Replace the plug with another set of spare plugs

8. The main control frequency conversion is bad

① ETV or error code will be displayed in most cases

②If there is no display, first confirm whether the input power is OK, if OK, it will burn out

③You can also reset and re-enter the internal code, if it fails, then send it back to the original factory for processing.

9. Can’t stop when the time is up

①Time setting × times = total time calculation error, just check;

②The operating parameter setting is wrong, just check it (see the parameter table)
